Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure strict compliance with Food, Safety, and Cleanliness (FSC) programs and standards within the store.
- Assist in the overall management of daily store operations, including service, crew supervision, and production control.
- Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving sales targets, profitability goals, and operational KPIs.
- Train, mentor, and coach crew members to deliver excellent customer service and maintain high morale.
- Conduct accurate inventory management, ordering of supplies, and minimizing waste and shortages.
- Maintain strict quality control of products and services to uphold the Jollibee brand promise.
- Analyze store performance reports and implement action plans for continuous improvement in all areas.
- Handle customer feedback, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a positive dining experience for every guest.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree graduate in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Marketing, or any related field.
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply; however, 1-2 years of relevant experience in retail or the food service industry is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and exceptional communication skills.
- Willingness to work full-time and be assigned at Rizal Park, Manila.
- Flexibility to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and public holidays as required by the business.
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive for results, excellence, and personal development.
- Familiarity with basic business software, tools, and point-of-sale systems is a plus.
- Must be a Filipino citizen or a legal resident with the right to work in the Philippines.
