Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure excellence in service and product quality.
- Supervise frontline crew members, providing guidance and constructive feedback to drive team performance.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stocks, and coordinate with suppliers to minimize waste and optimize costs.
- Ensure strict compliance with food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards (HACCP) at all times.
- Handle customer concerns and feedback promptly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction ratings.
- Assist in preparing operational reports, including sales tracking, labor scheduling, and expense management.
- Participate in team training initiatives to ensure all staff are aligned with Shakey's operational procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; previous internship experience in a food service or hospitality setting is a strong advantage.
- Possesses a strong sense of leadership and the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and staff.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure.
