Tanggung Jawab
- Implement and monitor Food Safety and Cleanliness Programs (FSCP) across all restaurant operations
- Lead daily quality assurance checks for food preparation, storage, and service protocols
- Train and coach staff on hygiene standards, operational procedures, and customer service excellence
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities
- Assist in inventory management, cost control, and operational efficiency initiatives
- Coordinate promotional activities and ensure consistent brand experience delivery
- Develop action plans for resolving operational challenges and enhancing team performance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (fresh graduates welcome)
- Strong leadership potential with demonstrated problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of food safety protocols and operational procedures
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments with flexible schedules
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
