  • Implement and monitor Food Safety and Cleanliness Programs (FSCP) across all restaurant operations
  • Lead daily quality assurance checks for food preparation, storage, and service protocols
  • Train and coach staff on hygiene standards, operational procedures, and customer service excellence
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities
  • Assist in inventory management, cost control, and operational efficiency initiatives
  • Coordinate promotional activities and ensure consistent brand experience delivery
  • Develop action plans for resolving operational challenges and enhancing team performance

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (fresh graduates welcome)
