Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to Jollibee's high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.
- Manage, motivate, and train a diverse team of crew members, fostering a positive, productive, and respectful work environment.
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience by promptly addressing guest concerns and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage food costs, and contribute to achieving sales targets and profitability goals.
- Strictly implement and enforce all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
- Assist in staff scheduling, performance evaluations, and the ongoing development of team members.
- Handle daily cash management, reconciliation, and accurate reporting procedures.
- Uphold the Jollibee brand image and ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management, Business Administration, Food Service Management, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply; prior experience in a QSR, hospitality, or customer service environment is a significant advantage.
- Demonstrated strong leadership potential and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining composure and efficiency.
- Customer-centric mindset with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding service.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and various shifts, as required by restaurant operations.
- Resides in or is willing to relocate to Meycauayan City or nearby areas in Bulacan.
