Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the daily operations and workflow management of the manufacturing and logistics departments.
- Analyze production data and supply chain metrics to identify bottlenecks and suggest process improvements.
- Support the PPIC (Production Planning and Control) team in inventory management and scheduling.
- Participate in financial reporting and basic accounting reconciliation tasks under supervision.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to maintain equipment and implement safety standards.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare regular performance reports and operational summaries for senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Engineering, Management, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Strong academic record with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (or equivalent).
- Demonstrated leadership potential through extracurricular activities or internship experiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic ERP systems.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal) and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Willingness to be stationed in the production area and adapt to rotational shifts.
