- Master shift management operations including staff scheduling and workflow coordination
- Ensure adherence to food safety standards and operational procedures
- Develop leadership capabilities through team supervision and motivation
- Analyze sales data and implement strategies to achieve store targets
- Train and mentor new staff on service standards and operational protocols
- Monitor inventory levels and recommend cost-efficient solutions
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong leadership potential with excellent communication skills
