Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee daily store operations to ensure 100% compliance with Food, Safety, and Cleanliness standards.
  • Lead, coach, and develop service crew members to maintain high levels of productivity and engagement.
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage stock procurement to minimize wastage and ensure product availability.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly to ensure maximum guest satisfaction.
  • Analyze sales reports and operational data to suggest improvements in service speed and efficiency.
  • Ensure all team members strictly adhere to sanitation protocols and workplace safety regulations.
  • Support the Store Manager in achieving financial targets and operational KPIs.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Administration, Food Technology, or any related field.
  • Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply; leadership experience in school organizations is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • A proactive "hands-on" approach to work and a willingness to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  • Keen attention to detail, especially regarding quality control and hygiene standards.
  • High level of integrity, professional maturity, and a genuine passion for the service industry.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and inventory management systems.
