Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure 100% compliance with Food, Safety, and Cleanliness standards.
- Lead, coach, and develop service crew members to maintain high levels of productivity and engagement.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock procurement to minimize wastage and ensure product availability.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly to ensure maximum guest satisfaction.
- Analyze sales reports and operational data to suggest improvements in service speed and efficiency.
- Ensure all team members strictly adhere to sanitation protocols and workplace safety regulations.
- Support the Store Manager in achieving financial targets and operational KPIs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Administration, Food Technology, or any related field.
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply; leadership experience in school organizations is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- A proactive "hands-on" approach to work and a willingness to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Keen attention to detail, especially regarding quality control and hygiene standards.
- High level of integrity, professional maturity, and a genuine passion for the service industry.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and inventory management systems.
