Tanggung Jawab
- Participate in a structured training program covering retail operations, inventory management, and customer service excellence.
- Support branch managers in daily store activities to ensure operational efficiency and standard compliance.
- Analyze sales performance data and provide actionable insights to improve branch profitability.
- Lead and motivate junior staff to ensure team cohesion and high-performance standards.
- Coordinate with regional offices to execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities at the branch level.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional conflict resolution and effective communication.
- Prepare comprehensive progress reports and project updates for senior management.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, safety protocols, and operational guidelines across all branches.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree from any field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Willingness and flexibility to be assigned to any branch within the Jawa Timur area.
- Strong leadership potential with a results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is a plus.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
