Private Advertiser is looking for a motivated Manager to join our growing hospitality team in the vibrant area of Tanah Abang, Jakarta. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and motivate a team of front‑line staff to achieve operational excellence and guest satisfaction.
- Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and compliance with health and safety standards.
- Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and report on revenue and cost indicators.
- Implement training programs and conduct performance evaluations to develop staff capabilities.
- Coordinate with suppliers, partners, and senior management to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, brand standards, and local regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in a hospitality or tourism management role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Good command of English and Indonesian (both written and spoken).
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic data analysis tools.
