Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of high-impact Services Architects focused on enterprise implementations.
- Oversee the discovery, architecture, and deployment phases of Datadog integrations for key customers.
- Drive continuous improvement in implementation methodologies to reduce time-to-value for our clients.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to advocate for customer requirements and influence the product roadmap.
- Serve as a senior escalation point for technical challenges during complex deployment projects.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure high customer satisfaction and team productivity.
- Foster a culture of technical excellence and knowledge sharing across the APAC services organization.
Kualifikasi
- 8+ years of experience in technical architecture, professional services, or customer engineering, with at least 3 years in a management capacity.
- Deep understanding of cloud-native ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Proven expertise in observability, monitoring, and logging solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of translating technical designs into business value.
- Strong background in managing large-scale infrastructure deployments and migration projects.
- Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced, and collaborative global technology environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
