Adyen is seeking a strategic and results-driven Manager, Account Management to lead our high-performing team in Singapore. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for building, mentoring, and coaching a team of account managers while cultivating strong relationships with our key merchant partners across the region.
You will drive revenue growth through strategic account development, identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. Working closely with sales, product, and operations teams, you will bridge the gap between client needs and Adyen's innovative payment solutions.

- Build, mentor, and coach a team of account managers to achieve performance targets and professional growth
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key merchant partners to drive long-term partnerships
- Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling Adyen's payment solutions and services
- Identify growth opportunities and provide actionable insights to clients and internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues and ensure exceptional satisfaction
- Monitor account performance metrics, analyze trends, and implement improvement strategies
- Contribute to strategic planning and execution of account management initiatives
- Represent Adyen at industry events and build thought leadership in the payments space
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in account management or sales leadership roles with a track record of exceeding targets
- Strong track record of managing, developing, and mentoring high-performing teams
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and business acumen
- Experience in the payments, fintech, or technology industry is highly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and rapidly evolving environment
- Results-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail and organizational skills
