Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee all daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local regulations.
- Manage tax reporting, filing, and ensure compliance with current Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement robust internal financial controls to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity.
- Coordinate and manage internal and external audits to ensure full regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with management to prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow projections.
- Provide detailed financial analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies.
- Supervise and mentor accounting staff to foster professional growth and high-performance standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree (MBA/MAcc) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian financial reporting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations (Pajak).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Xero, or Accurate) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial data for non-financial stakeholders.
- High level of integrity, ethical judgment, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
