Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily cash flow operations, including monitoring cash inflows and outflows.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with company standards.
- Oversee operational and inventory reporting to ensure accurate stock levels and cost tracking.
- Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts to maintain fiscal integrity.
- Support management with financial analysis and reporting to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure all accounting records are maintained in compliance with local regulations and tax requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments to track expenditures and optimize procurement processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting or financial management.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, MYOB, or Excel advanced formulas).
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, cash flow management, and inventory control.
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a dynamic work environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
