Antel Group of Companies is seeking a highly analytical and process-driven Manager – Accounting & ERP Systems Support to lead our NetSuite ecosystem. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the administration, maintenance, and optimization of the NetSuite ERP environment.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for financial system issues, providing expert troubleshooting and support.
- Develop and document standardized accounting workflows and system procedures to ensure operational efficiency.
- Oversee system upgrades, patches, and the implementation of new modules to support group-wide requirements.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits, reconciliations, and validation checks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional department heads to identify and translate business needs into technical ERP solutions.
- Create and maintain advanced financial reports, dashboards, and saved searches for executive leadership.
- Provide training and guidance to internal users to maximize system adoption and compliance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is a strong advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in ERP administration, with at least 3 years specifically managing NetSuite.
- Deep understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal control structures.
- Proven track record in project management, specifically regarding system integration or business process re-engineering.
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate technical data into actionable business insights.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and advanced report customization within NetSuite.
