Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the general ledger, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded accurately and in accordance with accounting standards.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including Balance Sheets and Profit & Loss reports.
- Manage all aspects of corporate tax compliance, including PPh 23, PPh 21, and PPN filings with the tax office.
- Lead and mentor the accounting team, providing guidance on technical accounting issues and best practices.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants to ensure smooth audit processes and regulatory compliance.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity.
- Conduct regular financial analysis to support management decision-making and business planning.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Accounting, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian Tax Regulations (UU PPh, UU PPN) and financial reporting standards (PSAK).
- Strong proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local equivalents).
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial data to non-finance staff.
- Professional certification (e.g., Akuntan Publik / CPA) is a strong advantage.
