Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage all accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger maintenance
- Oversee tax planning, compliance, and reporting activities to ensure adherence to Indonesian regulations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and management reports
- Develop and implement internal controls and accounting policies
- Manage relationships with auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions
- Mentor and develop accounting staff through training and performance management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial decision-making
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification preferred
- Minimum 5-7 years of progressive accounting and tax management experience
- Proven leadership experience managing accounting teams
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and accounting software
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience in manufacturing industry is highly advantageous
