Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and streamline end-to-end procurement operations, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and government regulations.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor service level agreements to optimize cost-efficiency.
- Coordinate cross-functional administrative projects to support the operational needs of researchers and technical staff.
- Implement process improvements to reduce operational bottlenecks and enhance procurement cycle times.
- Prepare accurate financial reports, budget forecasts, and audit documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage administrative support staff, fostering a culture of high performance and professional development.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety and security protocols within administrative office environments.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in administrative management or procurement, preferably in a research or high-tech environment.
- Proven track record in vendor management and complex contract negotiation.
- Strong understanding of public sector procurement policies and financial accounting principles.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
