Are you a strategic sales leader with a passion for the logistics and freight forwarding industry? Pacific International Lines (PIL) is looking for a Manager, Agency Sales to spearhead our agency network expansion and drive revenue growth in the Singapore region. In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for generating and developing agency-driven sales opportunities, managing RFQs and enquiries, and ensuring balanced, two-way cargo flows.

Tanggung Jawab
- Generate and develop agency-driven sales opportunities to expand network reach.
- Manage RFQs and enquiries efficiently to secure new business contracts.
- Drive balanced, two-way cargo flows to optimize trade routes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective partners.
- Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Prepare and present sales reports and performance forecasts.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales, specifically within Freight Forwarding or Logistics.
- Strong understanding of global shipping lines and agency networks.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal communication skills.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in local languages (e.g., Mandarin) is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Valid driving license is an added advantage.
