Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the complete air freight handling process, including receiving, processing, and dispatching cargo to ensure timely delivery targets are met.
- Manage and mentor a team of operational staff, conducting performance reviews and providing continuous training to enhance productivity and safety standards.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, health, and safety (HSE) regulations within the handling facility to prevent accidents and ensure employee well-being.
- Monitor inventory levels and stock accuracy to minimize loss, reduce errors, and improve overall operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customs brokers and quality assurance, to resolve operational bottlenecks and streamline processes.
- Implement and maintain robust quality control measures to meet international shipping standards and customer expectations.
- Analyze operational data and prepare regular reports to drive data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in air freight or logistics operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Strong knowledge of air cargo handling procedures, customs regulations, and required documentation.
- Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate staff in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and standard office software (e.g., SAP, Excel).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet strict shipping deadlines.
- Valid Singaporean work pass or eligibility to work in Singapore.
