Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the accounting department to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance
- Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize financial outcomes while maintaining regulatory compliance
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes for financial statements
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities during audits and inquiries
- Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making
- Manage tax planning, filing, and documentation for corporate entities
- Mentor and develop accounting staff to enhance team capabilities
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; S2/Master's preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in managerial accounting roles
- Professional certification (CPA, BPKP, or equivalent tax certification)
- Deep understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards
- Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
