Tanggung Jawab
- Lead architectural design projects from conceptualization through to construction documentation
- Manage and mentor a team of architects and designers, fostering professional development
- Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Coordinate with structural engineers, MEP consultants, and construction teams
- Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and quality control protocols
- Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders, incorporating feedback
- Stay current with industry trends, materials, and sustainable design practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field; Master's preferred
- Minimum 7 years of architectural design experience with 3+ years in leadership
- Registered Architect with LAM (Board of Architects Malaysia)
- Proficiency in CAD, Revit, BIM software, and rendering tools
- Strong portfolio showcasing diverse project types and scales
- Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills
- Proven ability to manage complex projects within budget and timeline constraints
