Tanggung Jawab
- Direct and oversee daily laboratory support operations, ensuring all mechanical and technical systems function at peak performance levels.
- Develop and implement comprehensive preventive maintenance and calibration schedules for all laboratory instrumentation and mechanical equipment.
- Manage the procurement, installation, and validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) of new laboratory assets in accordance with international medical device standards.
- Lead and mentor a team of technicians and support staff, fostering a culture of safety, technical excellence, and accountability.
- Optimize laboratory workflows using Lean or Six Sigma methodologies to improve turnaround times and reduce operational costs.
- Ensure strict compliance with ISO 13485, ISO 17025, and local environmental and safety (OSHA) regulations.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality technical support and cost-effective contract management.
- Prepare and manage operational budgets, including CAPEX forecasting for laboratory upgrades and technical infrastructure.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a closely related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of professional experience in laboratory operations, facilities engineering, or technical support, ideally within the medical device or pharmaceutical sector.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to manage technical teams and influence stakeholders across departments.
- In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems, automation, and laboratory testing equipment.
- Strong understanding of quality management systems such as ISO 13485 or ISO 17025.
- Proven project management skills, particularly in equipment installation and facility optimization.
- Excellent analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a regulated environment.
- Professional fluency in English with strong communication and reporting skills.
