Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and execute preventative and corrective maintenance programs for campus infrastructure and building services.
- Manage external vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality delivery of facilities services within budgetary guidelines.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations.
- Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate renovation projects, office reconfigurations, and space planning initiatives.
- Analyze facilities utilization data to optimize energy consumption and improve operational efficiency across the campus.
- Handle emergency response procedures and troubleshoot technical issues related to M&E systems.
- Prepare regular performance reports and budget forecasts for senior management review.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Facilities Management, Building Services, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in facilities or property management, preferably in a large institutional or commercial setting.
- Strong working knowledge of building systems (HVAC, fire protection, electrical, and plumbing).
- Proven track record in vendor management, contract administration, and project coordination.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facilities management software (CAFM/BMS).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment.
