- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial partnerships with School of Computing leadership team
- Analyze departmental financial performance against strategic goals and KPIs
- Lead annual budgeting processes and quarterly financial forecasting
- Manage capital expenditure planning and resource optimization initiatives
- Provide financial guidance for research grant applications and project funding
- Ensure compliance with NUS financial policies and regulatory requirements
- Prepare executive financial reports and presentations for senior stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's/MBA preferred)
- Minimum 8+ years in finance with 3+ years in business partnering role
- Experience in higher education or public sector finance highly desirable
- Advanced proficiency in financial systems (SAP, Oracle) and data analysis tools
- Strong strategic planning and financial modeling capabilities
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex financial concepts
- Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, CA) required
