Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of tax technology solutions to optimize business processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Act as a key liaison between tax professionals and IT teams to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
- Oversee the integration, configuration, and utilization of tax management software, ERPs, and data analytics tools.
- Conduct thorough process mapping and gap analysis to identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and digitalization.
- Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment on project goals, deliverables, and timelines.
- Monitor emerging tax technology trends and recommend strategic investments to enhance the tax function's capabilities.
- Support the governance of tax data quality and ensure accurate reporting for regulatory compliance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or related field; Master’s degree (MBA) preferred.
- Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in Tax, Finance, or Technology, with at least 3 years in a managerial or senior analyst role.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN) and global tax compliance frameworks.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., advanced Excel, SQL, Power BI) and familiarity with TaxTech platforms.
- Excellent project management, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive change management and lead cross-functional teams effectively.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
