Are you a strategic communicator with a deep understanding of capital markets? Join the prestigious Listed Funds-Investor Relations team at CapitaLand and report directly to the Head of the department. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for articulating CapitaLand's investment thesis and financial performance to the global investment community.
You will serve as the primary interface between the company and its stakeholders, managing relationships with institutional investors, asset managers, and research analysts. Your expertise will be crucial in navigating the complexities of the real estate investment trust (REIT) landscape, preparing comprehensive investor presentations, and driving market perception. We are seeking a seasoned professional who can thrive in a dynamic environment and contribute to the long-term value of our listed entities.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive investor relations strategies to enhance the visibility and reputation of CapitaLand's Listed Funds.
- Manage a robust calendar of investor meetings, roadshows, and conference calls across key markets.
- Prepare and deliver high-quality earnings presentations, quarterly results updates, and annual reports.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights to the executive team.
- Collaborate closely with the Finance, Treasury, and Investment teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Act as the primary spokesperson for the Listed Funds during external communications and media engagements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration; a Master’s degree (MBA/MA) is highly preferred.
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Communications, or Financial Planning & Analysis within the real estate or financial services sector.
- Strong understanding of listed market mechanics, capital raising processes, and financial reporting standards (IFRS/GAAP).
- Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex financial data for diverse audiences.
- Proven track record of managing relationships with institutional investors and rating agencies.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, advanced Excel, and investor relations software.
