Join PERSOL as a Manager/AVP in Consumer Propositions and lead the strategic development and execution of innovative products for our high-net worth client segment. This pivotal role requires a dynamic professional with a passion for financial services and a keen understanding of consumer needs in the luxury market.
You will be responsible for the successful and timely launch of products that align with our overall product strategy and roadmap. This includes market research, competitive analysis, product development, and cross-functional collaboration with marketing, sales, and technology teams.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in product management, preferably in financial services
