Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all back office operations including administrative tasks, record-keeping, and office supply management
- Lead and develop the administrative team through coaching, training, and performance management
- Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure smooth business operations and timely task completion
- Implement and maintain efficient office procedures and workflow systems
- Manage administrative budgets, expenses, and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Serve as primary contact for internal and external administrative inquiries
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in back office management or administrative leadership
- Strong team leadership and people management skills
- Expert knowledge of office operations, procedures, and best practices
- Proficiency in administrative software and MS Office Suite
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in fast-paced environments
