Indah Water Konsortium (IWK) Sdn Bhd, the national sewerage company of Malaysia, is seeking a high-caliber Manager, Billing Operations to lead our billing and revenue cycle strategy. In this critical role, you will be the custodian of our billing accuracy and efficiency, overseeing large-scale database management and ensuring seamless integration between technical billing systems and financial operations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee end-to-end billing operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with corporate standards.
- Manage large-scale database systems to ensure data integrity and effective billing cycles for a diverse customer base.
- Develop and execute robust debt recovery strategies to minimize bad debt and optimize cash flow performance.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to billing, collections, and customer inquiry resolution.
- Drive continuous improvement projects to automate billing processes and enhance system efficiencies.
- Collaborate with IT and finance departments to resolve system discrepancies and implement billing upgrades.
- Mentor and lead the billing team, fostering a culture of accountability, performance, and professional development.
- Prepare regular financial and operational reports for management review to support data-driven decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in billing management, revenue operations, or financial control, preferably in the utility or telecommunications sector.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems and billing software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or custom utility systems).
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and trends.
- Excellent leadership capabilities with experience managing high-performing teams in a high-volume environment.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of credit management principles and debt collection laws in Malaysia.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to process optimization.
