In this pivotal role, you will be the cornerstone of our building management strategy, ensuring that our assets are maintained to the highest standards while optimizing operational budgets and cash flow.
The successful candidate will lead the day-to-day operations, including preventative maintenance programs, vendor management, and financial reporting. You will act as a bridge between the physical asset and corporate management, providing strategic insights that drive efficiency and property value. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the comprehensive daily maintenance and upkeep of building facilities to ensure safety and operational uptime.
- Prepare and present accurate monthly reports to senior management regarding maintenance progress, operational status, and site performance.
- Oversee departmental budgets, monitor expenses, and manage cash flow to ensure fiscal discipline.
- Coordinate with contractors and service providers to ensure quality control and timely execution of repairs or upgrades.
- Implement preventative maintenance schedules to prolong asset lifespan and reduce long-term operational costs.
- Ensure full compliance with local building regulations, safety standards, and fire protection requirements.
- Monitor site-wide utility consumption and implement energy-saving initiatives where applicable.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in building operations or facilities management, preferably in a commercial or mixed-use setting.
- Strong proficiency in financial reporting, budget forecasting, and cost control management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse onsite teams and vendors.
- In-depth knowledge of local building bylaws, safety regulations, and OSHA standards.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to facility maintenance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
