Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage a portfolio of key corporate and business partner accounts to drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Develop and execute comprehensive credit proposals and financing structures tailored to client needs.
- Identify, evaluate, and secure new business opportunities through strategic networking and market analysis.
- Conduct thorough credit risk assessments and financial statement analysis to mitigate exposure.
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Relationship Managers to ensure high performance and professional development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including treasury, risk management, and legal, to streamline processes.
- Regularly review portfolio performance and implement strategies to improve asset quality.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in Business & Corporate Banking, with a proven track record in partner management.
- Strong understanding of credit risk management, financial analysis, and regulatory compliance in Malaysia.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Professional certifications such as CFA, ACCA, or CIM are highly desirable.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required.
