You will play a critical role in overseeing the administrative workflows that support our business growth, ensuring that our development projects are executed with precision, efficiency, and compliance.
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and analytical professional to bridge the gap between high-level development strategy and day-to-day administrative operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the administrative operations of the Business Development department to ensure seamless project execution.
- Manage and maintain accurate documentation for new business proposals, site expansions, and partnership agreements.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Finance, Legal, Operations) to facilitate the timely approval of business development projects.
- Develop and implement standardized administrative procedures to improve departmental efficiency and turnaround times.
- Monitor and report on key development metrics, providing management with actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
- Ensure full compliance with internal governance, corporate policies, and local regulatory requirements for all administrative processes.
- Support the senior management team in drafting presentations, business cases, and operational reports for stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in business administration, operations, or project management, preferably in the retail industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage complex data sets and administrative workflows.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiar with ERP systems or project management tools.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a rapidly expanding business environment.
- Proven leadership experience with a focus on process improvement and administrative excellence.
