- Lead end-to-end site acquisition processes from identification to closure
- Conduct market research and feasibility studies for potential sites
- Develop and execute strategic acquisition aligned with business growth objectives
- Negotiate terms with landowners, developers, and regulatory bodies
- Manage cross-functional teams during due diligence and documentation phases
- Analyze financial models and ROI projections for site viability
- Build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with zoning laws and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in site acquisition or business development
- Proven track record in successfully acquiring commercial/industrial sites
- Expert knowledge of Johor's real estate market and regulatory landscape
- Advanced negotiation skills with complex contract experience
- Strong financial modeling and feasibility analysis capabilities
- Project management certification (PMP/PRINCE2) preferred
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
