We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Manager, Business Development & Strategic Partnerships (LiDAR Distribution) to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of the autonomous vehicle revolution, managing critical distribution partnerships with leading LiDAR manufacturers. You will drive revenue growth, expand our market presence, and foster long-term relationships with key industry stakeholders.

Your primary focus will be on identifying new business opportunities, structuring strategic deals, and executing go-to-market strategies for LiDAR distribution channels. You will collaborate closely with technical teams to understand product capabilities and translate them into compelling value propositions for our partners. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to drive LiDAR distribution and sales growth.
  • Manage and nurture strategic partnerships with LiDAR manufacturers and technology providers.
  • Identify, evaluate, and close new business opportunities within the autonomous vehicle and sensor ecosystem.
  • Lead contract negotiations and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and marketing to align partnership goals.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the LiDAR and ADAS space.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Strategic Partnerships, preferably within the automotive, tech, or sensor industry.
  • Proven track record of managing complex B2B partnerships and closing high-value deals.
  • Strong understanding of LiDAR technology, Autonomous Vehicles (AV), or Sensor Fusion is highly preferred.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
