- Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive pricing strategies for Western Union's products and services in the Asia Pacific region.
- Manage and mentor a team of business intelligence professionals, fostering a culture of data-driven decision making.
- Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer behavior to identify pricing opportunities and risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and finance to align pricing strategies with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain pricing models, dashboards, and reporting systems to monitor pricing performance and market dynamics.
- Conduct regular pricing reviews and adjustments to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
- Present pricing recommendations and performance insights to senior leadership, supporting strategic decision-making processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in pricing strategy, business intelligence, or related roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful pricing strategies in the financial services or fintech industry.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI), and statistical analysis.
- Experience with pricing optimization techniques, market analysis, and competitive intelligence.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities with experience mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data and insights to diverse audiences.
- Knowledge of the Asia Pacific market, particularly the Philippines, is highly desirable.
