PwC Malaysia is seeking a high-performing Manager for our Capital Markets Accounting Advisory Services (CMAAS) team in Kuala Lumpur. As part of our elite CMAAS practice, you will leverage your technical expertise to advise clients on IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and complex accounting policy changes. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead complex financial accounting advisory engagements, including IPO readiness and public offering support.
- Provide technical accounting advice on IFRS, MFRS, and other relevant financial reporting frameworks for large-scale transactions.
- Manage project teams, ensuring deliverables meet PwCās high-quality standards and client timelines.
- Collaborate with global audit and advisory teams to deliver seamless cross-border solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders and Finance Directors, providing insights into accounting impacts of business strategies.
- Develop and mentor junior associates, fostering an environment of continuous learning and professional development.
- Drive business development initiatives by identifying client needs and crafting tailored technical solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, or MIA) is mandatory.
- Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in audit or financial advisory, preferably within a Big 4 firm.
- Deep technical knowledge of MFRS/IFRS and practical experience in capital market transactions (IPOs, RTOs).
- Proven track record in managing project teams and delivering high-stakes financial advisory services.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills with an ability to simplify complex financial concepts.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; ability to influence senior-level decision-makers.
- Resilient, adaptable, and capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
