Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end trade capture, allocation, and confirmation processes for Cash Equities.
- Act as the primary interface between the Equities trading desk and internal/external stakeholders.
- Manage trade lifecycle exceptions, ensuring timely resolution to mitigate settlement risks.
- Monitor and report on trade reporting compliance in accordance with local and global regulatory standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and system automation.
- Provide expert technical guidance to junior team members and cross-functional partners.
- Collaborate with technology teams to troubleshoot system issues and support UAT for new platform deployments.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in middle office, trade support, or operations within an investment banking environment.
- Strong technical understanding of Cash Equities products and regional market settlement practices.
- Proven ability to manage high-pressure situations and meet strict daily deadlines.
- Exceptional analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in financial trading platforms (e.g., Fidessa, Bloomberg, or similar) and SQL/Excel.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian, with the ability to build strong internal relationships.
- A degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related quantitative field.
