Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end inventory management operations including procurement, storage, and distribution
- Develop and implement inventory optimization strategies to minimize carrying costs while ensuring stock availability
- Lead cross-functional teams to coordinate inventory activities across manufacturing and logistics departments
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends, forecast demand, and improve inventory accuracy
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse processes and inventory controls
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements for inventory management
- Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to align inventory levels with business objectives
- Utilize ERP systems to maintain accurate inventory records and reporting
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of inventory management experience with 2+ years in leadership role
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in inventory management software and ERP systems
- Proven track record of optimizing inventory turnover and reducing carrying costs
- Excellent leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and inventory optimization techniques
