Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations of the Central Kitchen to ensure smooth workflow.
- Manage and train kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and assistants.
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Control food costs and minimize waste through efficient inventory management.
- Develop and update menu items based on market trends and customer feedback.
- Monitor equipment maintenance and safety protocols.
- Coordinate with the purchasing department to ensure timely supply of ingredients.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within a Central Kitchen or large-scale food service environment.
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety regulations (HACCP).
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Proven track record in cost control and budget management.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant culinary degree or certification is preferred.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
