Agro Harapan Lestari, a leading palm oil company in Indonesia, is seeking an experienced Manager Central Workshop to oversee our critical workshop operations. As a key leader in our Kalimantan Tengah operations, you'll be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and maintenance of our heavy machinery and equipment. This role offers the opportunity to drive operational excellence in a dynamic agricultural environment while implementing sustainable maintenance practices. You'll lead a skilled technical team, optimize workshop workflows, and contribute to our commitment to safety and efficiency in Indonesia's palm oil industry.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily workshop operations including maintenance, repairs, and equipment servicing
- Manage and develop a team of technicians and mechanics
- Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations
- Plan and coordinate resource allocation for workshop activities
- Monitor inventory levels and manage procurement of spare parts
- Prepare performance reports and improvement recommendations
- Coordinate with other departments to support operational needs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in workshop management
- Proven track record in heavy machinery maintenance
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of palm oil industry equipment and processes
- Certification in safety management (ISO 45001 preferred)
- Experience with budgeting and resource planning
- Proficiency in maintenance management software
