Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the building's infrastructure, ensuring it remains safe, efficient, and well-maintained
- Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance schedules and procedures
- Manage facility operations, including utilities, security, and cleaning services
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for facility improvements
- Monitor and manage facility budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Lead and manage a team of facility staff, providing guidance and support
- Respond to facility emergencies and implement corrective actions as needed
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management or a related field
- Proven experience in leadership and team management
- Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Certification in facility management or related field is a plus
