Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute holistic change management and communication strategies for large-scale ICT transformation projects.
  • Facilitate stakeholder alignment through clear, transparent, and structured engagement plans.
  • Identify and manage potential resistance to change, implementing mitigation tactics to ensure high adoption rates.
  • Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones through effective decision-making support.
  • Design internal communication collateral, including newsletters, presentations, and town hall materials to keep the organization informed.
  • Conduct impact assessments and readiness evaluations to ensure the organization is prepared for transition periods.
  • Measure the effectiveness of change initiatives using KPIs and feedback loops to drive continuous improvement.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in change management, communications, or project management within a large corporate or public sector environment.
  • Proven track record of managing organizational transitions and stakeholder engagement for complex ICT or digital projects.
  • Strong proficiency in change management methodologies (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR).
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and build cross-departmental relationships.
