Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the Engineering department in managing all facility operations, including power, cooling, and mechanical systems.
- Develop and manage the annual capital and operational budget, ensuring cost efficiency and ROI.
- Ensure strict compliance with all local regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies.
- Oversee the execution of major maintenance projects, renovations, and expansions.
- Foster a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and technical excellence within the engineering team.
- Act as the primary point of contact for technical stakeholders and external vendors.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related field).
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in data center facility management or critical infrastructure.
- Proven track record of managing P&L and leading cross-functional teams.
- Strong knowledge of BMS (Building Management Systems), UPS, generators, and HVAC systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
