Join Nickel Asia Corporation's dynamic engineering team as Manager, Civil Engineering & Design. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead civil engineering design projects from conception to completion across mining and infrastructure developments
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, international engineering standards, and safety protocols
- Oversee structural design analysis and optimization for cost-effective solutions
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and project teams to ensure seamless execution
- Manage engineering budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Review and approve technical drawings, specifications, and documentation
- Implement risk mitigation strategies for complex engineering challenges
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices in civil engineering
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of civil engineering experience with 3+ years in managerial roles
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in the Philippines
- Expertise in structural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, ETABS)
- Strong knowledge of mining infrastructure and heavy industrial projects
- Proven track record in project management and cross-functional leadership
- Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with O&M (Operations & Maintenance) optimization
