- Define and execute the strategic vision for the broking channel across all commercial and specialty product lines.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term, profitable relationships with key brokers and intermediary partners.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and refine our product value proposition.
- Collaborate with underwriting and product development teams to ensure competitive and compliant insurance solutions.
- Lead negotiation strategies to secure high-value placements and improve portfolio retention.
- Monitor and report on performance metrics, ensuring alignment with organizational revenue targets.
- Provide expert technical guidance to internal teams regarding commercial line risks and market nuances.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in commercial lines insurance, ideally with a focus on broker management.
- In-depth knowledge of various product lines including Financial Lines, Marine, Energy, and Specialty insurance.
- Strong understanding of the Singapore commercial insurance market and regulatory environment.
- Proven ability to develop and implement strategic growth plans within a competitive landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CMI, CII) are highly desirable.
