SMRT Trains is a leading provider of rail and bus services in Singapore, dedicated to keeping the city moving efficiently and safely. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Manager, Compliance to join our team in Geylang. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of the company's compliance framework and policies. You will act as a key advisor to senior management, identifying risks and driving initiatives to mitigate them. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of the company's compliance framework and policies.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal controls.
- Monitor changes in laws and regulations relevant to the transport and rail industry and advise the management team accordingly.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance in daily operations and project deliverables.
- Manage the compliance training program to enhance organizational awareness and culture of integrity.
- Prepare and present compliance reports to the Board of Directors and regulatory bodies.
- Investigate internal breaches or incidents and recommend corrective actions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field.
- Professional qualification such as CPA, CA, CISA, or a recognized Compliance certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in compliance, auditing, or risk management within the transport or infrastructure sector.
- Strong understanding of Singapore’s regulatory landscape, particularly in the transport industry.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
