Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive cost management strategies to ensure project profitability.
- Monitor and analyze budget variances, providing actionable insights to department heads.
- Optimize procurement and resource allocation processes to minimize waste and maximize ROI.
- Prepare regular financial forecasts and reports for executive review.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to conduct detailed cost-benefit analyses for new projects.
- Maintain compliance with internal financial controls and corporate governance standards.
- Lead initiatives for continuous process improvement to streamline cost-tracking workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in cost control, project accounting, or financial management.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel modeling.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale project budgets and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, or PMP) is highly advantageous.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight reporting deadlines.
