- Lead and mentor branch operations team for custom brokerage services
- Oversee end-to-end customs clearance processes ensuring regulatory compliance
- Develop and implement strategic plans for branch growth and service optimization
- Manage client relationships and expand business in the logistics sector
- Monitor performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate with customs authorities and industry stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to international trade regulations and local policies

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in customs brokerage or logistics management
- Proven track record in branch leadership and team development
- Deep knowledge of Malaysian customs regulations and international trade laws
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex trade documentation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Professional certification in customs brokerage (e.g., CSDP) preferred
