Our client, a premier public transport services provider in Singapore, is responsible for the safe and seamless operation of critical national infrastructure. We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Manager, Cyber Security (Operations) to lead the charge in protecting essential transportation systems from advanced cyber threats.
In this high-impact leadership role, you will take full ownership of the Security Operations Centre (SOC), directing a team of talented analysts and engineers. You will define the strategic vision for security operations, ensure rapid and effective incident response, and champion proactive threat hunting and intelligence initiatives. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing Cyber Security Operations team, including SOC analysts and incident responders.
- Oversee the complete incident response lifecycle, from detection and containment to eradication, recovery, and post-mortem analysis.
- Develop, implement, and maintain robust security operations policies, procedures, playbooks, and SLAs aligned with NIST and ISO 27001 frameworks.
- Manage and optimize security technologies (SIEM, EDR, NDR, SOAR, firewalls) to ensure maximum threat visibility and detection coverage.
- Drive proactive threat hunting, vulnerability management, and penetration testing programs to identify and remediate risks.
- Collaborate with Engineering, IT, and OT teams to ensure security is embedded into system architecture and operational processes.
- Prepare and present comprehensive security intelligence reports, KPIs, and risk assessments to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Ensure full compliance with Singapore's Cybersecurity Code of Practice (CCoP) and other regulatory requirements for Critical Information Infrastructure (CII).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive experience in cybersecurity, with at least 3–4 years in a management or team lead role within a Security Operations environment.
- Proven experience managing a Security Operations Centre (SOC) and handling complex, high-severity incident response scenarios.
- Strong understanding of Operational Technology (OT) / Industrial Control Systems (ICS) security, including Purdue model and IEC 62443 standards.
- Professional certifications highly desired: CISSP, CISM, GIAC (GCIH, GCFA, GCIA), or equivalent.
- Excellent leadership, executive communication, and cross-functional stakeholder management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST CSF, ISO 27001, CIS Controls) and regulatory landscape for CII in Singapore.
- Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills with an ability to think like an adversary and act like a guardian.
