Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end data analysis lifecycle, from data extraction and cleansing to complex statistical modeling.
- Utilize Dataiku to build and deploy machine learning models that address critical business challenges.
- Design, develop, and maintain high-impact BI dashboards to track key performance indicators and growth metrics.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical data solutions.
- Ensure data integrity and governance standards are upheld across all analytical workstreams.
- Provide actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives.
- Mentor junior data analysts and promote a culture of continuous learning and data literacy.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data engineering, preferably within the financial services sector.
- Proficiency in Dataiku is highly preferred; deep experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik).
- Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large-scale relational databases.
- Strong programming skills in Python or R for data manipulation and statistical analysis.
- Proven ability to communicate complex data findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
